The building is located in Cambeses, Barcelos, Portugal. Private house built in 3300 square meters total plot area of this is designed by the architect Rui Grazina. This is a minimalist home that has 300 square meters of total area, and 290 square meters gross building area. Construction of homes began in November 2008 and was completed in 2011. Using a steel frame to maintain the balance of house and site because the house is located on steep topography. This minimalist house has one floor on the west side and two storey on the east side. The House has an underground parking area, using a load bearing concrete frame making it possible to make more room in the basement area. Above concrete frame mounted mild steel strengthened by the isolation system. Please enjoy some pictures below.
